European sea bass, also known as Branzino, boasts a stunning white flesh that becomes irresistibly tender and flavorful when cold-smoked and cured. Its rich, velvety texture makes it a delight to savor on its own, or paired with crisp crackers and creamy cheese for an elegant and satisfying bite.
