A whole fillet is approximately 2 pounds.

Half Fillet is approximately 1 pound.

Quarter Fillet is approximately 8 ounces. 

 We deliver Tuesday through Friday. Please note, we are not liable for any delays by the shipping carrier. We are not able to accept any returns or issue refunds.

Due to a huge increase in orders, our current turnaround time is 3-5 weeks.
