Introducing our boldest, most indulgent candied salmon yet — Marionberry Salmon. This wild‑caught salmon is cold‑smoked to perfection, then lavishly smothered in a rich, sweet marionberry glaze before being sealed for peak freshness. The result is a vibrant, fruity, savory‑sweet masterpiece unlike anything you’ve tasted.
Our sockeye salmon is sustainably wild-caught, ensuring the purest flavor and quality from the start. Upon arrival, the fish is flash-frozen to eliminate any potential impurities, preserving its integrity. We then carefully cure, air-dry, and smoke it using time-honored techniques that unlock its deep, savory character.
The result? A richly flavored delicacy with a texture reminiscent of gourmet jerky. The center and lower portions offer a tender, chewy bite, while the top section—naturally thicker—has a firmer peel that enhances the artisanal feel of each piece.
A whole fillet is approximately 14-16 ounces
