Native to the Mississippi River, our Paddlefish caviar has a beautifully small, platinum pearl and a distinctly briny flavor. Similar to the tasting notes of Sevruga caviar from the Caspian Sea, Paddlefish lends itself well to creamy pastas or burrata salad with an aquatic piquancy that provides a burst of strong salinity.
Each product is packed to order and handled with the utmost care. Your caviar or roe will retain its quality for 4 weeks when left unopened and well-refrigerated. Once you open the product, please enjoy it within 3-4 days.
Due to a huge increase in orders, our current turnaround time is 3-5 weeks.
If you select 2nd Day air at checkout we will ship it with UPS second day air. This does not include the processing time. If you need your order to arrive faster please send us an email before you place the order!
