Our newest limited‑edition flavor features brown sugar sockeye strips, generously coated in rich brown sugar. As the sugar melts into the fish, it creates a true candied experience. The texture ranges from chewy, almost like a gummy bear, to thinner pieces that are slightly drier, with some thicker, meatier cuts for added variety. You asked for sweeter, and we delivered, while still keeping this a savory, satisfying snack. Our wild‑caught sockeye salmon is cured, dried, and cold‑smoked in our facility, turning each batch into a genuine piece of craftsmanship.

Want the fish to be drier? Place it on a plate in the refrigerator, ensuring it’s in a well-ventilated area. Allow it to air dry overnight or until it reaches your desired texture. Be sure to keep the fish separate from other items in your fridge to avoid cross-contamination. Enjoy!
